Desert Rain™ offers a warranty to the original purchaser for the complete fountain against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase.
Warranty is void on any fountain abused, neglected, fish-hooked, improperly installed or improperly removed. Warranty does not cover light bulbs, fuses or damage caused by vandalism, environmental conditions or acts of nature.
If you have a repair issue while your fountain is still under warranty, call us at 800-899-2565 first. We will ask you a few questions and give you instructions accordingly. If you have someone work on the fountain without prior authorization from us, you might void your warranty.
Desert Rain™ floating fountains were designed with ease of ownership in mind. With readily available replacement pumps and motors, downtime and costs should be kept to a minimum. For repair service on a Traditional fountain, call your local well pump dealer. For Onshore fountains, a local swimming pool company should be your best bet. To save backache and headache, begin troubleshooting at the control panel and proceed toward the fountain in a step-by-step fashion. Removal of the fountain is only necessary if the pump or motor is in need of replacement. This is a final solution, and finding out what caused the motor to die is crucial.
